On the 06 April 2013 at 18:48:21 PM a swim swap was done from Altech D05529 Dealers Code on my company phone Reference number was P1304061358 completed by kz 2013/04/05 at 06H50:01 pm. I was told several times proof of ID and company letter will be required to complete a swim swap and a sms will be sent to confirm such sim swap. None of this was ever presented to me as prooof that the swim swap was legal and by the rules of the agreement with Altech Super Call. I paid the R150-00 as well and upto now I lost all the money in my ABSA cheque account with the money been transfered from my cheque account on the 06 April 2013 19h39 in one hour all the money was moved to other ABSA accounts and Standard Bank accounts with the help of Altech as i received no notifications via sms. Neither ABSA or Altech has been helpful up to now and I considerinfg legal action now.
