I applied for a loan at NEDBANK Clearwater Mall, as I urgently need a loan to fix my car. After 3 days of the system being offline I get a call saying my loan has been declined because off my credit points. I HAVE NO CREDIT POINTS!!! ITS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I AM APPLYING FOR A LOAN!!! So obviously I have no credit score!!! How am I supposed to have a credit record when even the bank I bank with won't assist me?!!! This is uterly nonsense!!! Nedbank obiously has enough clients, that they don't actually investigate WHY THERE IS NO CREDIT SCORE!!! Utterly useless of NEDBANK!!! Absolutely no use to new clients!!! And if I get no response from this complaint then I will repeat the complaint. I await response from nedbank
