Extremely poor service

In the limited text allowed I wont be able to give an exact account save to say that I have been repeatedly to by AF regarding my pension payout thats supossed to be paid inyo my banking account. The 1st sms dated 4th July said the money would be in my acc within 3 days. Never happened. Than I called and was agian promised the next day. Never happened. Than I escalated my query to a team leader - Neil- who promised that the matter was resolved and the money would be transferred. Never happened. Than I received an sms on 13th July that the money was transferred. Neva happened. Than I called customer service - Kieran Singh- who investigated. I was than informed that my bank was rejecting the payment cause the acc was in my wife's name. I informed him that we have a joint acc and that they previously March 2013 paid money into my acc without any problem. I was than told that it is against SARS legislation (3rd party payments) whereas SARS themselves last month paid money into the same account. They now want me to open another banking account. Is this correct and what else can I do?
