LOAN DENIED

This is the email we got after applying for a loan on line :

I notice now that you send me this month payslip and the salary drop is not on the bank statement. Can we wait till tomorrow and then you send me a updated bank statement. The credit department want to see the last salary drop and you get paid tomorrow.

I was not given 1 valid reason for us not getting the loan applied for, after being told in email that we get paid tomorrow if I send final bank statement. Reasons given? my husband is a director, so he is like the owner of the company (not true, a director is not the owner) company he earns his salary from doesn't exist (not true, I sent info to prove company exists) I pay the office water & lights from personal acc (not true, I transfer money from the salary acc to cheque acc to pay home water&lights online. His position on payslip doesnt match his actual position in company? so what? He owns his own home, no bond, no car payments, no retail accounts, he can afford the payments??
