Misrepresentation, delays and bad information

I applied online for a Personal loan, beginning of June 2013, after more than a week I had received no feedback, after calling the number on the website I was told to try again, I then did so and more than a week later, I called again and I was given the direct loans tel number. After speaking to someone they said that the matter had been assigned to Natalie and that I would be contacted. A day or so later I was mailed to say I qualified for possible loan amount of more than I needed.
I then called and left messages for Natalie and sent emails requesting what the repayments for R30 000.00 would be, I was informed the info I required would only be given to me after the application was processed.

In the meanwhile, I had to take a Wonga loan (I need the money for a vehicle repair and current transport)
due to Capitec not responding in the time they should. Then when all the documents were in, I was told I was declined due to affordability, as I had applied for credit several times that month, and then it was blamed on the Wonga loan.
Capitec has ruined my chances of qualifying elswhere and their reasons are not valid. I will refer to the banking ombudsman if I am not given answers.
