I did an application for a loan to consolidate my loans. I have loan with Capitec but want to change to FNB as I can view my balance on my online profile, not like Capitec that I have to go into a branch. I have no defaults or anything to this effect. FNB is refusing the loan although my monthly loan payment will be less than it is currently and since I can afford my loan now I will be able to into the future!!! So much for my own bank assisting what other institutions are willing to do!!!
