I am life cover policy holder with covision life for quite some now. i have missed two premiums on my policy. i have been struggling for them to make double debit orders to bring my policy up to date for almost two years now. i have called so many times i have lost count. if i make an arrangement for double debit orders with them the double debit orders never goes off from my bank account but the arrangement was made so many times already i also lost count of that. when i enquire about the double debit orders to bring my policy up to date i am told by the consultant someone will contact me back but no one ever does. i even told the consultant at one stage that i am sick and tired of them always telling me someone will call me back and no one ever does. i want to cancel my cover but i have paid so much money already. this is my worst experience with this type of industry and the customer service is pathetic. i will never recommend covision life to anyone.
