My premium increased by 22% from 2012 to 2013 and I have not made any claims, nor changed address. I left a complaint on their website and they did not respond at all, except for a reference number. I believe this increase was due to my no claim bonus paying out early 2014 and therefore they wanted me to cancel, or make up for the bonus they will have to pay out to me for not claiming. They had all kinds of excuses like hail storms and exchange rate etc. when the increase came. The hail storms have nothing to do with me, since I did not claim. The exchange rate that worsened can make up for the value my car lost, I will understand a small increase, but definitely not 22%.
