With the increase in the interest rate, I expected an increase in my premium only at the end of February as the interest rate only increased last week. Even if it were pro rata, it didn't justify the increase for a day.
When I pay lump sums into my account the interest is only adjusted the following month, why then must the interest rate almost immediately affect my homeloan premium?
