I gave my financials to my Business " Relationship" Manager in March
he did nothing with these, consequently my overdraft facility contionued to reduce. He did not return any of my frequent calls.
At the end of May, I was over my overdraft limit. Ursula from the branch got Ali to call me! He call straight away, and admitted to not doing anything with my financials.
After a few days, I coudn't get hold of him again. I tried Ursula again. She left a message - he still didnt contact me. I called Ursula again. She got him to call me.
Now, my overdraft is still reducing because I had an unpaid debit order on my account. I told Ali that this was HIS fault, as had he done his work this would never have happened.
I want a new business banking manager.
He has caused me to have problems in the past, and I want someone who does their work to handle my account, as I no longer trust him
