Ladden and broken Ba

Hi I had repairs done to my house during dec when the contractors my New ladder and broke my bar chairs and ive been told it will be replaced but these guys are now ignoring me completely

Ive sent an email to my outsurance representive but no response.

My damages total up to R8000 and I want it to be sorted out!
