New innovative slow lounge criteria

According to my understanding the criteria for slow lounge swipes is outlined as follows... "Having total monthly swipes to the value of at least R5 000, 00 on your Platinum Cheque Card in the calendar month preceding your visit."

I was told my swipes for 29 June at cna, p&p and bp don't qualify by the premier banker. according to him they only register the payments in july to fnb. Is that my fault. Did I not swipe according to the criteria in the calender month?

Now Fnb is charging me R1000 for my slow lounge visits in July.

Is 29 June not in the calender month? What am I missing,? Or am I going nuts?
Am I not allowed to swipe at the end of the month? When was this criteria published?

Is this the new innovative banking solutions you are selling to us. Or is this the new innovative way of crooking us.

Time to look at a new bank... I don't have time for this petty
