Credit Card Application

I applied for an FNB credit card at the Carlsworld Midrand Branch 2 weeks ago on 10 June and have not received any response.

When trying to phone the call centre I get transferred from one consultant to the next and then the next and no one is able to assist me with regards to my application.

The call centre is simply telling me that I did not hand in the necessary documents cause it is not displayed on the system this is not true as I have handed in all relevant documents along with my application on 10 June.

I am very disappointed as they have this huge advertising campaign with Steve going and then they do not deliver on any of their promises made in their advertising campaign.
