Refusing to Cove

I finaly have a new car, and Miway is refusing to cover me because i had 2 claims from Outsurance. My Question is WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING INSURANCE?? FOR WHEN ACCIDENTS HAPPENS... SOME PEOPLE HAVE BAD LUCK OTHERS DONT!!! NOW BECAUSE I HAD SOME BAD LUCK (NONE I MUST SAY IN THE PAST YEAR) I GOT TOLD THEY ARE REFUSING TO INSURE ME.
