Its five (5) days later and Miway must still respond to my request that they reconsider their decision to record my policy as cancelled in 2009. The result is that all other insurance companies are now refusing to insure me unless this matter is sorted out.
My new vehicle of over R 500 000 is subsequently not insured. Is it to much for one to request a little bit more speedy response so as to decide on their next course of action. Logic dictates that if it can take a few minutes to give you cover than it can't be unreasonable to require a response in at least five (5) days or less. Or is it?
