Extremely bad service

Egistered a claim 01/07/2013 and Jiles captured the claim and promised 48 hrs turn around time. Left car at assessment centre in Telesure xavier offramp after it was deemed not drivable.3 weeks later claim is still being assessed and AR report and witness statements still outstanding. what have they been doing all this time. being an ex assessor myself i find this very disturbing as im sitting without a vehicle and there's no guarantee when will this car get fixed. this service is the worst of it's kind and everyone has to know about this. next stop is the media and i'll go as far as possible to alert people about this stupid service from Virgin insurance and their assessors. telesure and virgin money a the worst service providers in the entire RSA. "GUTTED TO DEATH"
