Sunday 23/06/13 there was an attempt to break in my vehicle the window & an attempt to remove the body kit on the vehicle. Monday 24/06/13 I contacted VIRGIN INSURRANCE, spoke to a consultant in the TELESURE offices who sent me to the assessor (Ian Joubert) at TELESURE Canal walk on 25/06/2013 at 15h45. I explained the damages to the Front & Back bumper, the right & left sill covers, R/RR window weather strip damage due to attempted break in which caused water damage (winter weather) as the alarm & central locking system stopped working after incident. IAN assessed on the R/RR W-weather strip, F & B-bumper spoilers & C-locking, said vehicle must go to auto magic as he cannot assess any unseen damages to body & auto wizard for electrical. 28/06/13@10h51 consultant calls me & states IAN quoted -R2200 before receiving quote from panelbeaters & insurance won't cover as < R5000 hurdle. I kept my app 03/07/13 at Auto Magic & Auto Wizard, they assessed damages which is >R5000 hurdle, but still VIRGIN INS REFUSES TO COVER. Don't understand this is my 1st claim ever, took the car to providers on the V Ins list. TELESURE & VIRGIN INSURRANCE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. *OUTSURRANCE BEST!! *
