ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE

We had a slight fender bender with the client of Virgin Money Insurance on Saturday 18 May. The claim was lodged with Telesure on 21 May 2013 after receiving the details from the insured. My vehicle was assessed on 28 May at their Canal Walk branch, and the final outstanding documents from me were sent through on 27 June.

I had not heard a single thing from them regarding this until out of extreme frustration, I called them and re-sent the final document to [Email Removed] on 11 July. STILL no response, so called yet again on 7 August and got through to a Keneilwe Adams. She sent through emails stating that AutoMagic would call me the following day to book the vehicle in for repairs, but alas, today is 13 August and STILL no phone call. I have called Telesure, no answer, I have called AutoMagic, the phone is put down in my ear. I am at my wits end with this process and absolutely disgusted that no one bothers to follow through!!!
