Hi, I have submitted 2 emails to you for assistance on a policy. My banking details changed and I emailed you to change it. This wasnt done. The debit order returned unpaid and my account was debitted with R 90.00 for an unpaid debit order. I have sent 2 emails thereafter requesting for assistance to advise policy details aswell as to increase my cover. I want the following:
- My account to be paid from your orn pocket as i submitted my details to be changed
- The R90.00 reversed
- Someone to call me and advise me on the status of my new requests

also explain the incompetence.
