It is with regret that I have to write a complaint about a bank I have had no problems with till now. I am trying to open a new Business account with this deal FNB has that they do the registration for you. First it took over a week just to get feedback then no emails regarding documents I need to send to get the stuff done then being bounced from one person to the next with empty promises of sorting the problem out and getting the emails sent out. The time it has taken to get nothing out of FNB I could have gotten a company to register for me and would have just gone to an FNB branch to open the account and this would have been done I am very disappointed in you FNB.
