Worst change in banking history

Absa changed their banking website to a new format that has huge problems. Apart from not being able to make any payments, because of time-outs every 30 seconds, the new site cannot make payments to groups, rendering their internet banking useless to companies. According to their call centre, they had such an influx of complaints, that they switched of the group payment function completely and asked the web developer to investigate? You can also not use the old site, although they claim you can. After a lengthy session with the call centre, they conceded that there might be html-conflicts, making it impossible to use the old site.

Everybody I have spoken to, is lived with frustration. Who's idea was it anyway to change something that was working perfectly well? Typical Absa to dive into another half-cooked scheme!
