Statement Request falls on deaf ears 3 Times

Good Day,

3 Times now i requested a statement of my ABSA account 9th, today and prior to the 9th. and still no response. Today the lady took my request again, she said i can send an email requesting the same, i asked her to hang on while i get a piece of paper to take down the number and she dropped the phone, now this was not even 5seconds... and she dropped the phone.

I need the statement to take it to my Lawyer as Newtons want to take me to court and i have more than payed my dept to you!!! The law protects me against all your interest and re-selling the dept and all those add on interests that no one monitors, and us the customer must just accept and keep on paying and paying as your so called Lawyers keep on adding charges... No Thank you, I am Done.

Send me my STATEMENT!!! So i can take you to court!!!
