Seeing red, and not a square!

How many times do I have to change my details in order to receive my statement? I wanted my statement to be email to my new email address, instead it gets sent to my postal address. I ask again, it gets sent to my old email address. I accept it, then, I don't get ANY statement. I eventually use the only submission form (9 January 120 to request a statement after receiving an sms notifying me that my account is overdue. The last payment I made was for more than the usual amount I pay, hoping it would cover the installment due, seeing as I never received a statement for November. On the 10th I receive an email from "miss mbali masege" (as per email) saying that my statement will be sent to me shortly. Today, I get an sms notifying me that I've been listed as a slow payer. How many times do I have to ask for a statement so I can pay my account? Your call center lets me hang on for 20 minutes at a time, I never receive any replies to my emails. Edgars, I really WANT to pay my account, would you mind sending me my statement so I can do just that???
