I have been asking for a statement since June 2013 and it's now January 2014 and I still havn't got a statement. I have previously requested to email a statement every month but still nothing was done. Today (16 Jan 2014) I have called 086 111 3967 and I requested a statement and the consultant asked from what province I am and I said Western Cape. Then she transfer my call to another consultant, Ronelle, and she told me I must call the head office 011 451 0000. Now calls don't come cheap and now I must make another call to head office requesting a statement which was already requested last year. Ronelle could of taken my details and the head office could either contact me or email the statement. I am paying you guys for a service and since I joined in 2012 ABSA is still harassing. I have sent numerous emails and I called last year December. Yes an email was sent to ABSA but do you think it help? Don't you think its also better to call ABSA. Because ABSA thinks I'm not paying and if that is the case where is my money going to???
