Money disappears again!

I've had this problem before. I do and international payment and the money doesn't clear in to the account I am sending to, it gets stuck somewhere in the middle. I phoned FOREX and they told me to wait and refused to run a trace on the money. I emailed Nora who I had spoken to before and who had resubmitted the payment for me previously and she didn't get back to me. I have had this problem three months in a row now, is somebody going to help me or should I use every month??? Is FNB paying the 12 pound penalty fee!?? RIDICULOUS! Same old problems all the time and no decent solutions!
