I reported a complaint with regard to debit orders being debited on incorrect dates and bank charges incurred.
The consultant assigned to my case was Mpho Molefe, who I found to be extremely helpful, polite, friendly and willing to assist in any way possible.
Mpho has a great attitude and is a definite asset to the 1Life team. 10/10!!!
