Mpho took upon herself to give me a call to remind me that my membership would be terminated by the end of Feb should my account not be up to date and that would mean I would have to re-apply for my new membership and will have to be subjected to a waiting list, I wasn't even aware of this. I made the payments and she continually followed up on this case until I was re-instated, Thanks to Mpho for her high spirits, most call centre agents are rude to customers if they havent paid but with her everything was professional and helpful.
