Good day!

On the 2nd of July, I had an accident and my car was damaged but can still drive it. On that day I claimed for repairs. The consultant told me to take my car for assessment at Auto Panel Beaters. On the 04th of July 2013 I took my car for assessment.

Ever since I spoke to the Consultant, she never gave me any feedback on the progress. I called on the 05th of July to check when was it likely to take my car for repairs, was told that 'when they've received the results from the Assessor.

I called again to check on the progress and was told that the assessor forwarded the results and was even told the cost of the repairs.

But when calling on the 11th of July 2013, the person who assisted me told me that they are still awaiting the results from the Assessor, which contradicts with the initial statement of receiving the results.

May you kindly assist me in fast-tracking the finalization of the claim as I'm afraid my car will further be affected as some of the cables are exposed and I'm not comfortable when driving it due to the current situation.
