Unable to process my claim

I had lodge a complain with you and ABSA had responded on the 25/02/2013 at 10H50 and the reference number is 2248833 and the contact number is 0800414141.I was also contacted by Mpho saying that, the problem was my bank account, was stated as savings not cheque. Mpho even said that everything was submitted on my site. I will be paid my money this week Friday and she will consult me on the 06/03/2013 but that had not happen, when I talk with her this morning, she claim that Nebank had rejected my payment, I said I need proof in order to approach my branch, she was so arrogant and she dropped the phone on me. I am really frustrated I don't know who to consult as absa themselves I don't trust them any more, I am using my bank account and it is active, what Mpho is saying is not true because she does not want to provide me with a proof that my Nedbank bank had rejected the payment.
