Phoned on the 28th June to trade Sasol shares over the counter and was told i must first register and then receive a password via sms on my cell phone. This will take place in 48 hours. The lady checked my cell number and i waited... for a week! Phoned back on the 8th July to complain and they told me my cell phone number was taken down incorrectly. Told the person on the phone to take my cell number again and i made him repeat it twice to me before i was satisfied. I was told this will take another 48 hours. After 4 days i phoned again to enquire about the missing password and was told that my cell number was incorrect.! I will have to wait another 48 hours. This is so poor, must offer a bribe before something gets done?
