No Help from FNB regarding faulty Blackberry

We took a blackberry from FNB on our Platinum Cheque Account in December. The phone was delivered to us on the 7 or 8th of December. It stopped working on the 10th December, and kept restarting and giving an error message. We took the phone in to the Dot. FNB shop in Galleria Shopping centre. they told us that they cannot help us and that we need to call the call centre. Which we did. They told us to take the phone to a Cell C shop, which we did, and the people at Cell C had no idea as to why FNB sent us there. We then went back to Dot. FNB which again gave us a diffenet number to phone and an email address to sent a letter to. both of which we did, waited a week and still nobody got back to us. We then went into the FNB branch in Galleria and the lady that helped us was not very clued up as to how to handle our enquiry, yet she agan found us a different number to phone. we phoned them and they told us that they will get back to us in 48 hours. 4 days later we phoned them again and they had no proof on the system that we phoned and "logged" another call on the system and again told us to wait 48 hours. Still till today we have heard nothing.
