Absolute Pathetic Service

I refer to your letter dated 13/06/2013 advising me that the claim has been rejected as the cause of damage is not covered in terms of the policy. When water damage to the engine was reported the consultant Thembi Machaba confirmed that water damage in terms of the policy was covered. Your assessor has seen the vehicle on 7/6/2013 at Ford in Kempton Park - at that stage the engine was already stripped as advised in a letter dated 12/06/2013 .

Yet you still requested a report from the Ford garage. I have given you a letter from Cylinder Head Specialists and from Renault Fountains which were totally ignored by your Management. I tried my best to explain the situation that the initial cause was as result of mud and water. You will see that the radiator had been serviced and a new radiator cap and water bottle (container) was replaced. The resultant damage was water, which i am covered for as per my policy.

Your subcontractor which you sent out for the inspection, which could not even put his details on the report, so i don't know out of which hole you dug him out.

The total service which i received from outsurance was pathetic, please start practicing what you preach in your ads
