DECLINED CLAIM

I place on record, that my husband has full signing powers on my account.
On 8th June 2013 at 12h07 my husband attempted to withdraw R500.00 from Absa Engen Bloc "Abssa ATM", the machie swollowed my card. My husband immediately phoned the number on the ATM machine to put a stop on my card. At 12h08 an amount of R3000.00 was withdrawn from my account, and at 12h09 an additional 2 transactoins were attempted on my account but were unsuccessful.

Notwithstanding the above, as soon as I received notification by sms that an amount of R3000.00 was withdrawn from my account I also phoned to put a stop on my card. And even after all the proof was given to FNB my claim was denied. What kind of investigation did they do, when they couldn't find proof of our calls and stated that they have no way of knowing that the ABSA ATM had my card, and according to them I compromised my card. "HOW DID I DO THIS"
