I NEED THE DOCUMENTS

I paid my car of in 2010 October, i phoned Nedbank to send me the copy of i, d of the person that signed my documents, cause they want it at the Traffic department to put the car on my name, i have ask for it couple of times, but still i dont have it, i was promised, not to worry, i will recieve it via e mail

CAN I PLS HAVE THE I.D OF THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS PLS, so i can put the car on my name
