Daron really went the extra mile by phoning, emailing me, keeping me informed of the progress of my claim. He set my mind at ease from the first call. And as promised I received my new TV within the time frame specified. Even after my claim was settled he contacted me to make sure that I'm happy with my new TV. That's what I call going the extra mile!!!
