Poor service

On the 29 June my car was involved in a minor incident and MiWay was informed about it and all necessary document including photos were received by them. On Tuesday I called and they told me I must hold for claim department and I held for 4 minutes with no respond and I hang up because I use money to call. On Thursday I called again and I was informed that they received everything but the person handling my claim is not at work so the consultant will call me back. Since yesterday I'm still waiting for a call but they don't miss a debit order date. Please do your job. I need my car that's why I pay insurance.
