On 27.05.2013 I requested a settlement figure from MFC to which I was given an amount which stated should be settled by 31.05.2013. On 28.05.2013 the amount was settled.
On 02.06.2013, 1 month's instalment was deducted from my account. I immediately requested assistance from MFC via [Email Removed] to which I still to this day have not even had a reply - So much for your 24 hour turnaround policy.
I decided to phone yesterday, your customer helpline. After waiting for so long I eventually speak to Thabiso Kekana who requested me to forward the proof of payment on to them to which I immediately did and to which I received absolutely no response even after following up again with Thabiso.
I find this very unprofessional and unethical and it is disgusting how you merely hide behind the email address [Email Removed] with no other contact details to address issues to.
Your support staff are incompetent to say the least and very unprofessional.
I request that I be contacted by someone on a supervisor / management level immediately.
