kindly assist I recently requested for a settlement quote which requires that the settlement quote must exclude the warranthy and associated interst to that product
I then received an incorrect settlement letter which was sent to me which states that it takes into account the last payment has 20/06/2013 which is incorrect as according to my knowledge the last payment is the 20/07/2013
This settlement amount is quiet high and inaccurate as if you remove the warranthy and associated charged I would be left with a reduced amount which takes into account I am paying an additional amount
I have had nothing but issues with Mfc from recieving my statements which I have to call in to request and is not sent to me frequently, the matter was suppose to be investigated however nothing has been done to date
