I have recently switched to FNB in order to use their cellphone contract services. First they decline me for some unknown reason. Then four days later they phone me back to offer me the S4 but at a higher price. When I asked the call center why should I pay more than the other FNB bankers she could not answer me.

I think this is absolutely ridiculous.
