Apple computer offer a farce

On the 20th of February I ordered the Apple Mac Air. They recieved the order on the 22nd. On or about the 28th someone called me to confirm the order. After explaining that my husband did not have 10 min to talk and could I not help, he said that our personal banker could sort it out.
Apparently personal bankers can't, I eventually got a call centre number and spoke to Leila who promised to get back to me. I am still waiting.
Eventually our personal banked managed to find someone to help us. Her name is Sibonginkosi. She called my husband at 5:30last night to discuss 'a device'. When he asked what device she said she didn't know. Understandably said well he couldn't help her. I have emailed her and our personal bankers to ask for her phone number. Am still waiting. Have asked for this to be passed onto management, also still waiting. The offer has been a farce!
