I recently upgraded my cellphone contract (at the recommendation of the eager sales person to a much higher price plan) which at the time i thought would benefit me but now i regret it! as I am now sitting with a 3 month old phone that is stuffed (both software and battery - which is swollen) and absolutely no after sales service! the shop does not even have any new batteries. I get told by the MANAGER of the shop there is nothing he can do but send the phone in which might take 4 weeks and the response i get is "I cant break the rules because you are frustrated" this is a business phone and nothing on it works, calls getting cut off in the middle, emails not coming through, the battery is completely stuffed, i have now had to use my husbands phone because i cannot go without a phone for business. I pay insurance on this phone and for what??? i think it is ridiculous that a brand new phone gives so much trouble and problems and you are paying in excess of 1500 per month for. I want them to sort this out because a phone that apparently costs R 10 000 should not give this many problems PLEASE HELP
