One is equally as negligent as the next, all don't

My son was rear-ended at a red robot in December 2012. Firstly AFI without telling me, hence allowing me to make an arrangement to keep the car and repair it elsewhere (it was too good to throw away), declare car a write-off. The car stood outside over the christmas rains and collected water in the boot. Beauty Mangena was responsible. Arrangement made with AFI and car repaired . 13 Feb 2013 Lauren Lucioli (Legals) sends me a letter entitled "We will attempt to recover your excess". With postal strike I only receive it late April, and call her same day to make contact. Photo's and info already sent to other parties insurance I'm told. 27 May I send follow up e-mail, and am re-directed to Veli Masango, who I send the same mail to. No reply! 8 July I call Lucioli's No and a Samuel answers. More evasive replies and says he must submit photo's and info to other parties insurance (AGAIN!). 12 Jul 2013 I call AFI call centre and ask to speak to manager of Legal dept, and get Samuel on the phone again. More evasive replies, and he still needs until next Monday to get answer from other parties insurance. The brains trust at AFI have left the co. and a bunch of dummies are all that's left.
