I moved over to Alexander Forbes Insurance end of 2012, the quotation I received for the house insurance was R440.00 per month. Big was my suprice when the payment went of and they deducted R605.00, so I thought ok, Admin fees. Next month they did the same. I phoned them trying to find out the big deal, you struggle to get an answer out of them. Wanted to add the car, very fast to add it, but they don't give you the new amount of your insurance. Had to phone them 2 times to get the new total. Needles to say I cancelled my insurance with them on 27 November 2012. Still waiting for these criminals to pay me back the R330.00 plus 3 days insurance they have from me. I will never do business with Alexander Forbes again in my life, and will not advice other people to use them.
