Someone bumped my car in Feb 2013. So I paid the excess to have my insurance fix my vehicle. This would be claimed back from the other parties insurance. My details were then given to a Europ Assistance recovery agent. Who was not given info such a photos, satellite tracking and other info I submitted to Discovery prior, not to mention the agent submitting the wrong number plates to the other insurer of the person who damaged my car. After enquiring again as to how long this process is going to take for me to get my money back (as I need it) I find out that Europ Assistance gave the case back to Discovery. Then now returning to discovery for info, the discovery agent being Themba Mkhabela t does not call. I then contact him and now give him the info, photos and all required details. Themba does not give feedback so I call. He said that he received notice from the other insurance that he must wait unit the 6th of July he will contact me on the day. So I sent him an e-mail on the 12th asking what's going on and still nothing? I am now fed-up with chasing people to do their work. I need this money and it seems nobody cares? Please Discovery can I get results now not just words.
