LAZY, SAD EXCUSES... BACKLOG NOT MY PROBLEM

I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED..I CALLED LAST WEEK, 04/07/2013 AND WAS ADVISED BY TEKO, THE DOCS HAVE ONLY BEEN SCANNED IN FOR THE PROVIDENT FUND ON THE 24/06/2013 YET THE DOCS WERE HANDED IN ON THE 04/06/2013. WHY DOES IT TAKE SO MANY WEEKS TO SCAN DOCS IN???

I CALLED TODAY 11/07/2013 AND WAS ADVISED THAT NOTHING AS DONE AND ALL THEY CAN SEE IS THAT DOCS WERE SCANNED IN ON THE 24/06/2013.

WE WERE TOLD IT TAKES 3-6 WEEKS FOR PAYOUT TO BE DONE?? NOW MIBFA ADVISES PEOPLE IT TAKES 3-6 MONTH OR 3-4 MONTHS. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW WEEKS TURN INTO MONTHS...!!!

I SPOKE TO NICOLE MOMPLE AND SHE GAVE SUCH A SAD STORY THAT THEY IN A BACKLOG AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT JUST WAIT UNTIL THE CLERKS CLEAR THE BACKLOG AND SO ON..THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM...

MY FIANCE IS NOW OUT OF WORK FOR 2 MONTHS, WHERE THE DOES MIBFA'S BACKLOG BECOME OUR PROBLEM... THINGS NEED TO BE PAID AS LIVING DONT COME EASY... HE HAS PAID FOR THIS FUND OVER THE YEARS AND YOU GUYS CAN BEARLY EVEN MAKE AN EFFORT TO SPEED UP THE PROCESSES..
