Email received on 25/04/13 from Monique Naude confirmed outstanding balance on the credit card R709.20 until 17/05/13 - but my profile was never updated. I sent MONIQUE NAUDE an email on friday wanting to know if it is also legal not to update my profile on credit bureau - but ignored my email because I have not received a reply. I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY PROFILE IS NOT BEING UPDATED ON THE CREDIT BUREAU... I HAVE ASKED THIS BEFORE, I AM ASKING AGAIN... I WILL ASK UNTIL I GET AN ANSWER - IN MY UNDERSTANDING IF I PAY - THE PROFILE NEEDS TO BE UPDATED - IF ITS NOT UPDATED I NEED TO KNOW WHY - CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONFIRM THE BALANCE ON THE ACCOUNT. when I bought my profile on Friday it still shows an incorrect figure.
