Internet Banking Erro

I have made a transfare to a wrong account number to the amount of R2000.00. I have called Absa internet banking and was told that I should send an email to head office and I did. I received an email from [Email Removed] with a reference number EC:671FE298. On monday Morning I made a call to head office and was told that the email that I have sent was to the wrong email address and was required to send another email, again I did and received another email with a refernce number EC:9F0DE4E6. Today I have received an email saying that Absa cannot assist me due to a Banking Code Of Practice and that I must contact the third party on my own. My problem is that even if I should contact the third party on my own, where am I going to get the contact details of the third party because according to their Banking Code of Practice they are not allowed to give out such details that means I have given away R2000.00.
