I need an international phone number for AIMS internet banking support (I can't phone an 086 number from outside South Africa). I sent an email about two weeks ago and several since asking for this information. I had one response which did not provide the telephone number (what was the point)?
What infuriates me further is that after sending an email to AIMS cc, I receive an automated email stating that the email will be responded to within 24 hours. Please don't send out such an email if you can't even respond in two weeks.
This is a simple query. It should take 5 minutes to answer not 5 weeks. Kindly give me the international phone number (011/012) or an email address that actually is serviced and which will be responded to.
