I have just opened a business account with FNB, we went to Midlands Mall to conclude the opening of our account on the 24th May 2013 and were serviced by Mandla Mkhize who gave us attitude the whole time, none the less we brought all documents needed and he confirmed that all was in order. Today we find out that he never submitted our forms & although the account is active we cant get our cards & have to start the process & fill in new forms AGAIN which is really time consuming for us to go back and forth. As if that is bad, we wanted help with FNB confirming our business account with them by filling in entity forms which all government departments require in order to be added onto the supplier database. PMB Hayfields branch refused to do that for us and we thus stuck in the middle as we went back to the government department & they said its the first they hear of this and said its impossible to add us onto their database without those entity forms with our bank stamp. They showed us forms stamped by an FNB in Howick on the 4th July which then again shows inconsistency by FNB. Surely FNB should have communicated this with all govt depts as we as the client suffer. such bad service!
