Failure to assist with filling forms!!!

I recently bought a house and FNB Housing finance- is the one that provided the funds. I qualify for a housing subsidy from work and my employer has issued me with forms that must be filled by me and by the bank/FNB in order to release my subsidy. For the past 3 months I have been trying to get my forms filled in by FNB so that I can submit to my employer.
On the 21st of June I went into the FNB in Meyerton-Midvaal in which the consultant there failed to fill in my forms and her reason was that, only housing branch can help- and when I called the housing branch they insist that any FNB branch can help with those forms as all they need to do is go on the system and fill in my information.

I am very disappointed at the level of incompetence in this branch- not only is it incompetent in this regard but one of the worst and slowest branches in terms of service. I have been banking with FNB for the past 6 years but I must say the Meyerton branch is VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I have a good mind of changing to another bank as this service is really annoying.
